When you get home prepare your meals for the following day, that's how the rest of us do it.
or pick one day and cook for the whole week. that way you can just throw food in the microwave and boom..

i've been prepping food the night before and it works ok....some people do it for the whole week if they dont have the time every nite. for me i'd rather take 30-45minutes a nite then spend my whole day off cooking for the week.
