I know that the preferable bulking diet would be a 6 meal a day diet, unfortunately I go to college and my classes don't allow me to eat the 6 meals. I can get about 3 meals a day. I usually get close to 3,000 to 4,000 calories again and get as much protein as I possible can (I'm not sure on exactly how much). I was just wondering what I can do with this and is this going to be a problem with my bulking diet??? And if anyone has any suggestions????
