Im in a bulking stage right now and consuming large amounts of carbs. In a few weeks I am going to shift my focus to much less carbs and still taking in large amounts of protein. Cardio will increase from about 20 min. 3 times a week to 5 times a week 45 minutes or so. I hear that cardio is best on an empty stomach. Will you lose muscle since your body is in a catabolic state during this period of time??
