so currently i consume id say around 15-18g of fiber a day in a 1850 calorie cutting cycle.
im not constipated or anything like that. i only have to go once every two days.
anyways, since i only consume carbs breakfast, pwo, and ppwo. when is the best time to take a fiber supplement? is it ok to take it all by itself? say inbetween two meals?
i looked at metamucil today, didn't say how many grams of fiber it had. said each serving was like 20 calories.
how much fiber does a fiber sup. usually have per serving?
so how will this affect my cutting diet? is it ok to get a product that tastes like orange, or does it have unessary ingredients?
will taking a fiber supplement with say breakfast subtract the carbs in my oatmeal from the fiber in the fiber supplement?
with adding fiber supplement, i am going to have to cut calories else where to make up for the added fiber sup?
