Back from a Diet.
A friend of mine will finish is diet cut in a week. He lost about 30pounds and his weight went from 206 to 177pounds. He's asking me some advice about how to keep his BF low? He drop from 25 to 16% BF witch is pretty good in 8weeks, well I think...
So my question is how to make him keep his BF low and let him ready to start gainning some lean good mass in maybe 2month or 3.
Fat Burner? Cocktails Burner? Diet.... of course but what kind... I'm not sure about what to tell him. I just want to give him the good advice. We've start training together and he counts (give me a lot of pressure) on me.
So what do you guys think? What shoud I tell him to do? To eat? To train?

Diet with a good ratio of comples carbs and proteins. If your bulking you wouldn't want any ECA's as that may hinder gains or if he's like me and hates eating 5000 calories of good food, he'll have to resort to that to make up for the extra calorie ependiture.

Who advised him on his cutting diet?
You said he counts on you for advice, right? So you advised him on cutting then, right?
Wouldn't it then make sense to suspect you'd know how to keep your subject the way he is w/a maintenance program?
Just confused I guess.

HUH?
It's official, yes, I AM totally confused.
Who did his CUTTING diet? That person(s) should do his maintenance program as well. I can't comment on if he can use your program, I know NOTHING about him, nor you, nor what any of the layouts look like.

do you just train him with weights? because nutrition is a key role in any progress one will make, and when you have your macros down to a t , everything will go along nicely !

Ok so I'll clarifie some stuff...
This diet made him cut a lot... why is he counting on me and not on the Yves (the guy who told him this diet) simply cuz Yves didn't knew what he talking about. I assume (but I'm not sure) that he have seen a diet somewhere on a site and gave it to him. Well it did works. There's the result and when my friend came to me with the diet, I look at it and found it was looking fine. But now his screw and don't know how to maintain it... I'm offering my help and I do think that I have a general idea on what to do or what not to do...
But just want to get some specification from older and more knowledge from you guys. Maybe a site or anything that could give me my answer...
Thanks in advance I apologyse for the missunderstanding
