Whats up fella's, good morning! I would have to say my diet is pretty good, but it could use some work. I would just like to gain some general knowledge on what foods are good and why. Also, maybe some info on how proteins, carbs, fats, and that sort of stuff work. Basically I am just looking for some info on diet here and how to construct a good one.
Can anyone tell me some good threads that they may remember I could look up or give me some info of their own?
