11:00 Whey Protein Shake 23g Protein (w/dextrose and glutamine)
Creatine (w/water)
WHY ARE YOU HAVING DEXTROSE???????? U HAVEN'T DONE ANY ACTIVITY THAT DEMANDS YOU SPIKE INSULIN AND UTILIZE THESE NUTRIENTS.
12-1:30 Workout
3:00 Two hamburgers, salad, 3-4 amino acids
HORRID........U NEED A PWO SHAKE W/PROPER COMPONENTS, THEN A SOLID MEAL 1-2 HOURS AFTER............
5:00 Whey Protein Shake(w/malodextrine)\
AGAIN W/THE SUGARS, I'VE NO IDEA WHY.........
8:00 2-3 chicken breasts, salad
OKAY I SUPPOSE...........
11:00 Whey Protein Shake
ADD SOME EFA'S HERE.....PROTEIN BY ITSELF IS NO GOOD.
I think it might not be enough food, if you could please tell me what you think. Also I'm thinking of stocking up on some tuna and also I think I'm going to pick up some Flax Seed Oil Pills. So if you think either of those two things would be good could you please tell me where I should put them in? I would appreciate it a ton.
