**** co-workers kids... !!
Well upon arriving to work today, I find that sitting in the office I work in (which is also like the break room) is a big bag of cookies that one of the co-worker's kids was selling for school. I guess it was the cookie dough or whatever sales.... and someone decided to make a batch (like 30 cookies) and leave them in a zip lock right in front of my face. Along side that is a big tub of cheese puffs lol. **** it is hard to resist this **** while I am sitting here. I hate my co-workers lol. Atleast I can post on the board while I work to keep me sane. I still haven't eaten one and hopefully I can refrain the whole day haha.

just keep remindin yourself of your goals, and that even one of those cookies or cheese puffs even tho will not hurt you too much will give way to eat just a few more things . So stay focused and ignore the bad bad food

I hear you on this. Durin the week, i have a class where a group of girls bake homemade cookies for every lecture and pass them around. Then on the weekends when i work, mcdonalds breakfast is usually brought in before we start loading our trucks. I just have to throw in a pinch of chew and suck it up.
