dextrose, do i need it?
just wondering if dextrose is only for someone who lifts hardcore weight, or is it for everyone.. i just dont want to put this in my post workout shake and worry that maybe im eating sugar for no point.

Uhhh.... it's for everyone dude. If you lift, you need Glucose PWO to replenish your glycogen levels. If you are worried about taking in too much sugar/carbs, take in a lower ammount.

Is this also what glutamine is for, or no? When should glutamine be taken?

so this isnt like pure sugar.. essentially its just like eating carbs?

Dextrose is pure sugar... however your muscles will use it immediately PWO = No fat storage. Just make sure you don't use too much dextrose if your work outs aren't that intense. If you don't work out hard keep the dextrose ammounts lower. Remember this also, PWO = 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein.
