    question on OJ

    hey guys ive been drinkin 100% oj conectrate after my workouts for about 80 grams of carbs and is working ok, my question is can i consume a better choice then the oj to get the max without storeing any fat?

    White rice is terrible and rice is a poor choice period as it is a slow digesting carbohydrate. The best thing to use for insulin spike is dextrose. But if what your doing is working for you, then why change it?

    Rice (any kind actually) as the 2nd pwo carb source is okay to do, as long as you are in that "window", have your ALA on hand, and you don't go OVER what you are supposed to have. Also, remember ZERO fat as possible in these meals.

    OJ I'd nix for dextrose and/or malto.
