Alright bros i know my diet is lacking big time somewhere and i need to find out where and need some enlightinment i am stuck at 205 and can't get past it my morning meals on Mon Wed and Fri cause i try to get as much sleep as possible then rush to work and eat when i get there cause i work with the fam. and they don't care just as long as im not late
Meal 1-8:00
umm varies if its tue and thurs i usally eat
4 eggs
Chicken breast
2 glasses of Milk
and some wheat bread
if its Monday Wed or Fri
either Tuna Protien shake or
Chicken breast in a can and a protien shake
or 2 cans of tuna or 2 cans of chicken breast
and some yogurt or bread or a Protien bar with some carbs in it
anything i can try to find with some complex carbs
i know yogurts not complex but its what i can find when i am runnin out the door
Meal-2 10:00
2 cans of tuna or 2 cans of chicken breasts
or a grilled chicken breast
protien shake
or a protien bar
Meal-3 12 :00
Chicken breast
rice
some type of veggie
meal-4 3:00
same as meal 2
Meal 5 6:00pre work out
chicken breast
2 cans of yogurt
wheat bread
or a u turn bar if i have some
1 glass of oj
try to get over 100 carbs
meal 6-post work out meal
Chicken breast
Rice
milk
u turn bar or somthing with some more carbs in it
try to get 100 or more carbs
meal 7
chicken
veggies
i know its not the best diet but thats why i came to ya'll its done me right till now i have went from 179 to 205 using this and i am on cycle right now. Plz critique this i need it, i am getting so frusterated with myself
