New Carboption Dressings/Sauces
Has anyone tried the new carbopion sauces or dressings? Only like 1-3 carbs depending on what you get in each servings. Has anyone ever tried them? If so what are they like?

They are OK BUT - check the labels!!!
Their salad dressings have 0-1 carbs. A lot of cream-based 'regular' dressings have <1 carb. And they have low carb mayo. Considering mayo is made of eggs and oil, it already IS low carb. I just point this out because they are a little expensive and you can get the same result from 'regular' items (or sugar-free) if you just read the labels.

They taste lousy IMO. I always have oil and vinegar on my salad or regular italian dressing. Not bad with a nice juicy slap of steak.

I just use REAL ranch, blue cheese, etc......no carbs!
Why they try to fool everyone w/this "low carb" crap is stupid..........it's been NO carb for eternity!

i use this fat free italian dressing, 20 calories, wishbone makes it i think.. i use it to mix tuna up instead of mayo, i use it on chicken to marinate. works great for me

I really don't care about their dressings, just their BBQ sauce really.
