Hey, thanks for takin the time to look at this thread and helping me out. Im 5"10 185lbs and id like to get in the 170 range. So far this is what ive come up with for my diet.
Meal1
5:30 am
half a cup of oatmeal
1 cup of 1% milk.
Meal2
9:00
4 egg whites
1 can of tuna
some mixed nuts.
Meal3
12:00
1 Chicken breast
half a cup of mixed vegetables(corn,peas, carrots)
Meal4
2:30
1 can of tuna mixed with 1tbsp of low fat mayo.
Meal5
6-6:30
Lean cut stake
1 baked patatoe
Workout
8:30-9
Protein shake.
This is what ive come up with so far any help would be apreciated, I work outside all day and im always moving around, I basically work out when i get home from work about 30 mins after i eat dinner. Ive been doing this for the past 3 days now and I kinda feel full all the time more like bloated. I was thinking of adding a Clen/ECA stack soon to this soon also.
