Bro do you know how much lean mass you have? Please post that when you get your bf taken. If you truly are at 12 then you look a lot better than I did at 12 but looks like you got more mass than me.
I'd say around 18ish....at 14-15 I'd expect to see a hint of abs.

I appreciate all the answers. i actually do have the top 4 abs just slightly showing,especially when/after i do my ab work out. I do expect to see an increase with the amount of food intake.
LOL the 17-18 comment has got me kinda worried. i think someone once said that 18 percent is borderline fat a$$ lol.. I know the pics arent that great but if you look closely at the side shot you can see the dip in between the right and left top abbs and the front shot you can see the 4 im talking about, but then again, you guys know more than I do. Im also at 230 lbs. I vary alot.
When I started my cycle, I was at 17%...I would put you pretty close to that, maybe a hair under it. What type of BF test are yo having done.
its just a 7 point with the calipers. I would like to do the water test,but its too **** expensive.

You are far from a "FAT (__!__)", so don't worry about that.
It's yet another reason why I dislike bodyfat readings. 17% on one person may not look too "bad", yet on another it makes him/her look like pure sh*t.
