Bulking Diet Help???
I'm working on a bulkin diet. I am 6 foot and weigh 280. I play offenive line in college. Can you please critque my bulking diet???

For an O lineman, I'd say you'll do just fine! If your goals were different, I'd encourage different choices in places, but for the most part it's fine.

Thanks for the response.. I'm sure that not many people my size want to go on a bulking diet but you have to do what you got to do. I used the calculator to see how many calories I need to maintain and it was 4400 would it still give me gains or should I start add more calories... Also, I'm gonna be starting a cycle of Test E in late May just wondering if there is anything else diet wise I should do???

Well, you'll have to stick to your proposed plan of attack and see what it does for you the next 4 weeks or so. Your metabolism is going to decide whether or not 4400 will yield gains or not (in terms of lean mass gains) Another question is how much LEAN body mass you have at 280, that also plays a part in the equation of if you lose, stay the same, get bigger, etc.
As far as gear goes, if you are playin' ball don't they test for that? E hangs around for about 4 weeks, remember that. I don't advise on the use of illegal substances, but couldn't let that go w/out making reference to it.
