Could someone tell me how my diet should be while I'm on Clen? Eat less/same ??? What about foods? In terms of calories/proteins/fats/carbs, what should I break down the percentage to???
I know when your trying to bulk up, you have 6 meals a day, eating every 2 hours or so, but what about cutting down? Along with good cardio and the Clen, what should I eat? Less meals per day ? Like 3-4 meals only? With less fat obviously, but some detail would help.
