Test e 250 mg or 500 mg
I'm 21 177lbs at about 8-9% body fat
I want to try some gear out but I'm getting mixed reviews for my first cycle
Should I go for 250 mg a week or 500 mg
I was planning on going for a 10 week cycle
Let me know if you've had experience with either one thanks.

The only reason you might get mixed reviews, is probably do to the fact you are only 21 years old... wait a couple more years, before you do any cycle with steroids , you wont regret it.mean while since you are where read and learn everything you can about steroids, so that when you are old enough, and ready, you know everything about cycling steroids.
you also need to read up on PCT, and Ai. and diet and nutrion, all the knowledge you get now, will only help you , in the future.

Yes I understand what your saying but feel as I'm ready. I've been lifting for 8 years now consistently, and have been on a strict diet for 4 years. I have been researching Steroids for a year and feel like I'm ready for a simple cycle like just test e. with an ai, hcg , and serm after to avoid all possible side effects. I thought when you should start doing Roids shouldn't be based on age but experience with lifting. I feel like I've reached pretty near my genetic potential and ready for the next step.

Have you seen these threads? These young guys thought they were ready too. But sadly, they discovered what happens when your endocrine system is underdeveloped and you rush into AAS unprepared mentally and physically.

I do feel as my body has been developed for a while. All my growth plates closed over 3 years ago. It also says there that the majority of your growth is done by age 25. Also all those guys that got side effects were taking multiple doses and didn't just take test and didn't have an ai hcg and serm weather they didn't look it up or couldn't get ahold of it you shouldn't start your cycle unless you have everything in hand. But I do plan on competing and kind of have my mind set on getting into this and want to only gain 10 pounds of muscle and am seeing if 250 mg will do that by itself or I'd have to use 500 mg of test e. thanks for the responses though I'm going to keep reading those stories to see what to avoid.

Arte you kidding me? You can EASILY gain 10lbs of mucsle naturally, ESPECIALLY at your age. Get real, and don't be so lazy.
Hit up the Nutritional Forum and develop a solid diet that will assist you in your weight gain goals. Dont be looking for shortcuts at 21. Thats just embarrassing.

you started lifting at 13 years old? Strict diet for 4 years? can you post your diet? what other supplements have you taken?
I would love to see a picture of your self... im with MickeyKnox on this one, i think you are trying to take short cuts.... please learn from other people mistakes, and don't use steroids at your age, wait at least 4 more years, you will only benefit from that

Snowman I see what you are saying but I feel as if I'm at my genetic potential. I workat a nutrition shop so have tried literally every product out there. I take protein, glutamine, bcaas a multivitamin year around and cycle on and off pre workouts, creatine, test boosters, arachadonic acid, etc... My diet is on point and I give up alot of my social life and other opportunities because I am so strict with my diet as of these last four years. An example diet is as follows
7:00- 1.5 cup outs with a scoopt of protein and handful of almonds
10- 8 ounces of brown rice and 6 ounces of chicken
11 and 2 will be same as 10 am with some peanuts and almonds
5pm post workout- 70 gram carbs 30 gram protein
6 pm 6 ounces of salmon and 8 ounces of brown rice
8:30- 4egg whites and two whole egs with a cup of lentils and a salad
11:00- 1.5 cup of cottage cheese with a scoop of peanut butter.
I'm not too sure how to post a picture on here how do you do that?

Your Hepta system is done.And when you stop your natural test flow anything can happen.And you can do everything right.So I dont know where you got that little bit of trivia but its wrong.

Youre bragging about how on point your diet is and how strict you are with your macros, but you cant gain ten pounds??? Something is not right here bud.
And if you're thinking you're going to gain 10lbs of LEAN mucsle on a cycle, that's a fantasy. But its ok, we all have them..except mine include Asian girls.

How is it a fantasy to gain ten lean pounds alot of my friends have gained 15-20 pounds of muscle in a cycle and have kept almost all of it.....

And how is it not possible to gain 10 pounds lean on a cycle my friends have gained 15-20 pounds and kept most of it
Yes I can't gain 10 more pounds of muscle whole keeping the leanness that I am at and don't want to go past single digit body fat
Is it that bad for your system to take 250 mg of test a week
If you take an ai hcg and serm after it.
I am not trying to do anything crazy but take the most simple cycle

How you "feel" is irrelevant. And having the proper ancillaries and knowing the dosages isnt going to give you a pass on the additional dangers that can come along with jucing at such a young age. I may be wrong but i have a feeling your going to go ahead with your cycle reguardless of the advice you have recieved, but think about it. If your stats are true and your 5'7", 177lbs with 8-9%bf, then you are already in phenaminal shape! So whats the rush? Why not just be on the safe side and just wait the couple more years....Good luck

Thanks for actually giving a thoughtful response wes201 but Its like why be good when you can be great. And from all the possible side effects I have read upon the only ones I am concerned about is gyno and having lower test after I come off a cycle. I want to start competing and I know in order to compete against those that are on gear I have to use at least a little bit. Here is a picture

Yes I want to do physique to start of with. I just don't understand why everyone's pushing so hard to wait to 25 to start this when my body has been fully developed for years and Since I have been training for so long.
So your recommending to start off with 2 250mg of test e then?

Ok thanks for the feedback I didn't know about the hpta aspect of it. I am reconsidering about doing what I had my mind really set on.
