Unfortunately, yes. You always run that risk unless you get everything from a legitimate pharmacy (typically with a script from the doc - at least in most countries).

Common sense, yes. But most dont have access to docs prescription

Where ever there is a market to make money there will always be people selling fake product, cheap product or just plain scams....

And that goes for anything, not just hormones...
