Hi I am new to all of this and looking for the best quick kick start, can anyone recomend a good pair up. Is TREN and SUS a good mix? I have read about them both but get a little lost.

Tren is not a beginner compound. It's usually suggested to wait until the 4th or 5th cycle before ever touching it. Stick around. Some very good information can be found on this board.
Read this... all of it. Probably twice. Then ask any additional questions you may have. Then try a cycle. Good luck.
