I have this vial with no label off a trusted friend. The top has a aluminum piece sealed on top of the rubber the rubber is a burgendy color and on the bottom is B5 underlined. Are these right from a factory? It is ml I have no other information on it

Dude how the hell are we suppose to know? Inject and wait and see and ask you friend questions. Why wouldn't you ask him what lab or why is there no label. Maybe your friend homebrewed it himself which he might not feel the need to slap a label on it. Did he at least tell you what compound it is? If not then that friend shouldn't be too trusted.
