    Hey guys, im taking deca, & test 250

    I'm shooting 1 cc of both twice a week, can I shoot 3 times a week? Please let me know thanks.

    deca 400 mg / week
    deca 500 mg / week

    is good but you can take

    600 mg / week deca
    750 mg / week test

    I am sure that the shit is underdeosed anyway and you might actually shooting half of the amount
