How long do I wait to start my second cycle? After pct from my first cycle of course.

I believe rule of thumb is, as much time you where on is as much time you take off including PCT.

Correct.

If you did a 12 week cycle then started pct 2 weeks after and ran it 4 weeks that's 18 weeks. It's always advisable to get blood work done before starting another cycle also to make sure your test levels are back up.
