Kalpa tends to be under dosed IMO. I have used there enanthate and prop in the past. Sometimes the pip is rough, sometimes it's not. Have used brown and clear bottles, I actually liked the brown ones better. Just my .02.

yes I'm going to run a cycle here soon of prop and was trying to figure out which of the two was better so I would make a good choice on which to get.

yes Kalpa is based out of India, I'm not sure if it is any good or not though. I have never had any before

Yes, this is Indian stuff.
I never used Kalpa, but tried Radjay gear, they are also from India.
