Alpha Pharma isn't a real pharmaceutical company (by Western standards). They're a UGL masquerading as a pharmaceutical company that operates in the 3rd world, where anything goes. They can call their drugs whatever they want.
The proof is that they sell several drugs that have never been approved by any country's FDA (like superdrol/methyldrostanolone and boldenone).

I think Nolvas real name is tamoxifen anyway.
Most real pharm companies make a spin on the name of meds anyway.

I used their Test, and wow when I cracked the amp open is smelled like chemicals. Not like any other test I've ever used. I personally wouldn't use them again.
