    Clen question

    While taking 100mcg a day of Clem can I Lso add in a fat burner supp or is there no need. Due to injury haven't been dieting or lifting And out in weight. Just wanna know if I should take together or only use the fat burners when I'm on the 14 day off period in my 2 week on/ 2 week off cycle

    Are you now starting to lift again, or are you still injured? fat burner supplements are garbage.

    I am back on my diet and yes training along with a small amount of prop per week to maintain or help build muscle

    Back for how long? After how long of a break?

    from what i know , during ur off week you can try something natural like EGCG, or just use ketotifen to extend the period of use for clenbuterol. i personally have only used clen n t3 only, both from meditech.

    Open to advices too! ^^

    I am going to run my Clen light an long

    1-2 30mcg per day
    3-4 50mcg per day
    5-6 70mcg per day
