Anyone Been to Riviera Maya/Playa Del Carmen Pharmacia's near Cancun

Fella's I was wondering if anyone has ever purchased any gear in Riviera Maya / Playa Del Carmen area just outside of Cancun. My girl is down there and I was wondering if the Pharmacia's down there still sold gear and if so what do I have her look for and to be cautious of. She's young, blonde hair, blue eyes, so I assume they will try to bs her, but my baby has some game if I can tell her what to possibly look for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Its not like it use to be, there is stuff available, but dont be that guy that gets your girl put in a Mexican or American prison for some gear you could get online.
