Not unless you have a crystal ball. A test kit would tell you whether or not a compound is present but not the potency. So you wouldn't know whether it's over/underdosed.

Blood work on cycle gives a rough idea of the gear but everyone's body reacts differently. It's not like X mg of Test = Y mmmol/L Free Testosterone on bloodwork.

If you aren't confident then search for pharmagrade gear.

Finally, if you aren't on TRT you should have a a serious consideration on whether or not to use Deca . These are the facts on Deca
