So far my recipe to get bis to gro has been spot injections, rev grip barbell curl, working biceps a little every time I went to the gym. Just enough to get a little pain and full pump.

That and mass doses of steroids and insulin

Something about deca seems to work better than npp in terms of feel.
All I ran in the past I could wake up with the growth feeling. Just a feel good tight expansion feeling I dont get with npp.
