    Beginner course...

    Would test prop be an ideal beginner course?
    1mg a week for 10 weeks
    No dbol just the test
    2 weeks off
    Then nolvadex or HCG ?...

    11st 3lbs
    5ft 11
    Bf 15% last time I checked
    I'm trying to gain weight so I'm repping to fail start light then add etc..
    I'm currently eating 3000 cal a day (started last week)
    Just need a few tips or pointers really. I wanna start light eg test prop. On its own. Is it a good place to start?..

    Test prop needs to be injected every other day at the minimum. Test E or Test C would be better choices.

    Ok thanks. Ill try test E!

    So would that cycle be a good place to start?..

    And nolvadex or HCG ?... I'm not sure wich is better for a beginner pct..

    Hey bud, Take a look at beginners cycles on the sticky's as you came in. It will help you to plan. However you need to educate yourself about all of what is needed and WHY. There is things to know about PCT, AI ,Estrogen levels and Gyno and prolactin issues . Much to be educated on before you start. Good luck ...crazy mike
