looking at first cycle in 7 years...questions???

Hello its been a long long time so going to start with a simple cycle. I'm 27 225lbs been natty for awhile

Going to run T400 600mg/wk for 10 weeks haven't figured out what I'm running the first 4 to kick it off. My main concern is I had some issues with gyno last cycle and would like to run an anti e probly nolvadex . was thinking 40mg/ed for duration....Thoughts???
