wife has anxiety and depression problems

I'm on trt and have been for about 2 years. The feeling of well being is a great benefit as is the energy levels. I was wondering if any ladies have used any supplements that have helped mood or anxiety she is 30 in great shape and jogs often.Her libido is great but her energy levels are low. She has had bloodwork but the Dr says evkerything is good.

My wife's dealing with the anxiety part of it. She's been taking Lumiday for the past month and said its helped her relax. I've since switched her to something more reasonably priced, but it hasn't arrived yet. I'd suggest starting there, even if its a placebo effect, it's a positive effect.
