A friend of mine who is 21 years old female, she is overweight like her height is 162cm and her weight is 80kg

She got her blood work done and this is what her doc gave her and told her that her hormones are imbalanced.

She asked me for help but I am not sure about the proper ranges of females and uneducated about the female hormonal profile so can someone tell me about this like what is wrong with her hormones?
