Need help from central NY

I've been on trt for aprox three years now the first endo. was quick just to start me on 200mg of test right from the start. due to low test level. No other research done. Good results felt great etc. I recently decided to get a second opinion. My new endo decided to slowly come off the test. 100mg for four weeks then 50 for 6 weeks then get tested again. No mention of hcg (sperm analys's zero)Not happy with either Dr. Can anyone suggest where to go to get my answers willing to travel in the centrel NY area. Thank for any help
