just started hrt

I just started hrt today. I had my test measured twice the 1st was 169. I month later it was 117. My dr perscribed androgel 1 tube a day. My question is that going to be enough to get my level to where it needs to be or will I nned more than that. thx

Follow up test will reveal if you have enough. Generally from what Ive read you need to maintain at least 500ng/dl total testosterone with the goal of reaching the upper 30% of the normal range, normally 700 - 1000 ng/dl
