Hi guy's have a question about test E, would it be better to give myself 200mc per week or should i stick with 250 every two weeks?. My insurence pays for 10 Mg per month, what do you think.

for true TRT dose should be approx 100mg/week of test cyp or test enanthate.
blood tests should be done at 5 weeks and fine tuned accordingly.

Weekly is optimal bro, keeps your blood levels more stable. 200 per week is a bit much for TRT. It usually goes anwhere from 60mg to 110mg per week of test cyp, but enath is ok as well.
