timing of hgh?
I am currently on a strict tkd diet for a month to loose the extra fat. Since insulin production is greatly reduced and only really released substantially during my pwo shake, does it make sense to take the hgh after my workout with the shake instead of first thing in the morning? I know hgh effectiveness is greatly depend on insulin does this make sense? Non workout days i plan to continue to take it in the morning. Comments?

Can you provide a reference for the need to avoid food and drink after Hgh? First time I've ever heard of this.

WTF? Someone asks you for reference material and its an argument? Does Hgh thin out your skin?

I was told the same by my medic no eveidence but he said that HGH is processed by the Liver, so is sugar and many other food components, he mentioned that at the time of shooting the HGH the liver had to be 100% free to process the hormone....tha is what I was told by a medic, if is true or not i do not know.

From what I have learned here, its best to not eat for about an hour after taking your HGH. I typically inject early morning, go to the gym do my cardio and eat my first meal which usually isnt till about 1-1/4 hours after I inject.
