I weigth train heavily 5 Times a Week, Cardio 5 Times a Week, diet is in check, supplements are good.
Do you think that running the HRT at this low "Therapeutic" Levels in conjuction with my exercise program will provide additional muscle lean mass bennefits, if running the HRT for 9 to 12 months than just the Exercise, diet , Supplement Program alone?
