I have been on a cutting cycle for the last couple months and still have about 15 pounds of fat to loose.
The weight training program I am on is HST which calls for a 10 day deloading/deconditioning about every 10 weeks. I am WAY overdue and these last couple days I feel the effects of overtraining and burnout.
So I am gonna take 12 days off from the weight room. I will continue to do 30min cardio 3 times a week. My only concern is loosing muscle during this time.
Also by mon or tues I will have my arimidex which my doc wants me on .5 mg every 3 days. Also just started 50mg of dhea every day. I am guessing there may be a little fat loss from these in the beginning?
What do you guys think? I just wanna maintain and maybe loose some fat during this time. One idea I had was to bump up the weekly test by say 50mg or so but I dont know what effect it may have on just maintaining muscle.
suggestions? ideas?
