Can I take omna instead of Test Cyp..& 2 more questions?

I'm 26 YO currently on test C 1cc/200 mg/week.Not that I can't afford it ,but I can get omna waay too cheaper than test.So can I take omna instead? What dosage a week?
Also someone on this forum mentioned smth about young HRT patients not being able to have kids in the future? My doc didn't tell me anything about that? What causes that inability?
& my last ? - I had a blood work done 3 -4 times in the past but I never had my estrogen levels checked. My next lab work is scheduled for next year but I would really like to have my estro leves checked!Do I need a doc's reference or smth or I can just go to any hospital or lab & say 'Hey<I wnat to have my test & estro checked'?
Any help will be greatly appreciated!Thanx

I know that most labs won't do blood work without a prescription from a doctor...I asked the same ? to them. Sorry don't know what Omna is Oops you already splained that

You can get the bloodwork done without a script. I am going to use this place every 6 months. For $181 you get:

"Super Chemistry", PSA, Testosterone , TIBC, HbA1c, UA.
The "Super Chemistry" includes a CBC, Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL and Ratios, Triglycerides, Glucose (Diabetes), Kidney, Liver, & Heart functions, Potassium, Calcium, Uric Acid, Electrolytes, Iron.

Test is test so omna may be ok. But there may be a good reason that most hrt docs and clinics use cyp and enth most often.

Cool site spyke...not a bad deal either...I saw one guys bill was over 300 bucks for just a couple of tests but that super chemistry won't include estradiol(estrogen).

$198 Includes Estradiol (serum), Progesterone (serum), and Estrogen Total & Fract. (serum) (Testosterone Total can be ordered separately.)

Yeah I know. I think maybe too much is made of estrogen when we talk about hrt. I mean, I am taking .5 mg of arimidex every 3 days and since I started I have no signs of high estrogen.

So estrodol may be needed in the beginning but once you are set, a psa, cbc and total test every 6 months for life is more then good enough. IMO. It will basically tell you everything you need to know about your hrt program and maybe even give an early heads up about other medical problems.

yeh you took a-dex from the get go...wish i'd a done the same....if you've checked it a few times since taking the test and you're not upping your dose then prolly no need to pay the extra $$...and that site you can go to the regular labs with their paperwork, too....that was a good post and site.

Exactly. There is a big difference between blood tests when setting up a program and blood tests to monitor yourself long term.

Actually one of the guys who I admire most in the fitness/bodybuilding world is Stallone. He monitors his blood work all by himself (no doc) every 6 months. Seems to be working well for him!

Yes there is-it's cause they've never heard of omnadren !My doc had no idea what that is.So he called the pharmacist. He didn't know neither! After a 15 min search in the big books he concluded there is no such thing as omnadren.I might have "mispronunciate, misspelled, misunderstood",etc. .It was pretty funny though watching them trying to figure it out...
Finally after a lotta convincing I'm not crazy doc agrred to take a closer look but I had to provide him with a detailed description from the manufacturer.Yeah, but that s**t is made in Europe so the only thing in english was the name of the drug.. taht didn't work out...
I was thinking the same thing as U Spyke- test is test, but omna'shalf life is very short and the other bad thing-it aromatizes very easily. So maybe after all it's not such a good idea 4 HRT!?I kinda answered my own question I guess.Maybe I should go back 2 the good ol plain test!
Thanks for the website anyway. It's great & I'm prety sure I'll take advantage of it in the very near future. Thanks again!

just out of curiosity why were you leaning towards the omna in the begging...had some already? does it have any advantages that outway the negs (aromotizing easier) that you mentioned?

taking omandren will be no different to taking any other test. They just have different esters. Like sus many ppl suggest shooting omna every other day to maintain blood levels. It is questionable how benficial this practice is (if at all) and it can certainly be shot once a week with good results. Mixed ester tests (sus, omna ect) were actually produced specifically for use in HRT to make jabs a less frquent ordeal (by maintaining blood levels for a longer time with the mixed esters) However this too is questionable. Test is test at the end of the day go where the price is good.

If you wanted to do this to save cash but now have to run arimidex it may not be worth it.

    Just a thought
