    Dhea

    Anyone else on DHEA? My doc wanted me on 25mg twice a day. I noticed alot of acne when I was taking it so I stopped and the acne has gone down a bit. I did not feel anything when I was taking it or when I stopped.

    How about you guys?

    DHEA=acne. I was trying the 200mg.

    50mg/day, no sides. I take it to get the body back in syn to its more youthful days. As a precation against aging mostly.

    I am only 34 and Dhea seemed to bring my body back to the more youthful days, like when I was 15 and fighting acne. LOL

    Maybe it is somethng that is better left to the 50+ group and even then in small doses......
