T4 is levothyroxine, it breaks down in the body to T3 which is cytomel. I have been doing it about 6 weeks now to boost my metabolism and because HGH is reputed to slightly suppress thyroid production. My wife had thyroid surgery a while back and her doctor put her on T4, she adjusted to it pretty well so I thought I'd give it a try. I just moved up to 100mg a day based on recommendations of some of the bros like e-juicer. He is also a fan of the clen/T4 combo.
The T4 is supposed to be easier on your system than T3. I don't know since I have not used T3. If I meet my weight loss goals for the next 3 months I expect my blood pressure to improve so that I can reduce the BP meds I am taking. I might try clen then. But if I get my weight and BP down, then I wont need clen.
