    Losing weight is more about having your diet in check then anything else. That being said what does your diet look like.

    I was able to achieve fat loss with my TRT (testosterone alone) low doses and slowly improving my diet and increasing exercise.

    As far as docs go I started with family doc then endo(s) and uro...so it took a little hunting...also with the board sponsor HRT clinic.

    Since starting HRT I have dropped 2" in the waist without modifying my diet or workout plan. I have always gone to the gym 3-4 days a week (cardio and light weights). I started seeing muscle gains and loss of belly fat about a month after starting HRT.

    Before I started HRT... I did some aggressive cardio for 45 mins per day X6days a week. Went from almost 30% bf to 23% in about six months.
    Since starting HRT, I'm down to 18%.
