Problems with Oasis????

Anyone else having problems with Oasis? I am all set up with them but now everytime I call to talk to my rep he is either out to lunch or on the phone and I've left numerous messages and they never call back. All i've heard form this site is how good they are. Guess its just my luck.

they have been busy lately... but they are still great.. If you go to the best resturant in town.. they will make you wait 30 min for a table..

Be patient.. they are worth it...

They are busy, but if you let them know you are having an issue with their service in my experience they will find a way to deal with you right then. They may tend to passively pass you to voicemail or whatever unless you let them know you are getting frustrated, then I expect they will either get you someone right away if they can or at the very least expedite your issue.

depends on what time you call, I always had to varie the times I would call, last I new Oasis was in the process of finding a replacement for their Office Manager or Administrative Secratary so things are more than alittle hektic at least when I dealt with them. In truth they are pretty bad about returning calls, I dont wait for a call back I CALL THEM! I have had to try and get ahold of them through out the day and eventually I get a hold of my rep.....to me this is a minor incovience compared against the quality of service and medication...I will continue to use them!!!

I had good luck today. I wasn't bad mouthing them in any way just wondering if maybe something changed with them as everyone on here that has used them has said good things. Hopefully everything will be good now.

I talked to them today. They have eight lines and two were down Mon. &
Tue. They are all working fine now.
