Using 5g of Testim I raised my levels from about 200 to 300 or so. I still didn't feel like it did much, considering I used to get 200mg injections EOW. my doc switched me to Androgel and bumped up the dose to 10g. We'll see how that goes.

Also, put me on some cholesterol meds because I've had problems w/ cholesterol and blood sugars the last 6-9 months. I'm now taking niacin and tricor.....we'll see how that goes.

i think the 10mg gel ED will be closer to your 200mg EW of injects..you'll be getting approx. 70mg EW where you were getting 100mg EW with the inject. At least your doctor upped your RX....I was givin 5mg ED but since I was putting it on, i basically decided i needed more than 5mg because i didn't feel quite "there" yet nor did the blood work reveal much either....I was doing 15mg androgel ED up until i got onto injects. The big doses of gel was a little better but nothing compared to a good shot of cyp.

How bad was your cholesterol bro? What are those meds you are taking for it...niacin is just a supplement(vitamin), right? and is tricor a statin? I am curious to how bad lipids have to be to be RX'd for it.
