Getting TRT

I am on a cycle right now and was wondering when was the best time to try to get HRT blood test done? I know they will be testing my natural test levels and didn't want to get blood work done and have ridiculouis test levels when I get the blood work done. Just want to pursue it at the right time. Help anyone ?
