6 Month Hrt Experience
HGH 3IU'S IN AM
TEST CYPONIATE 200MG 1 SHOT A WEEK FOR 10 THEN OFF FOR 4 WEEKS
ARIMIDEX .05MG ONE TAB EOD
HCG 10 DAYS AFTER LAST TEST SHOT. 50 IU'S FOR TEN DAYS.
LET ME TELL YOU THAT THIS CYCLE HAS HELPED ME IN MANY WAYS. I AM 38 YRS OLD. I WENT FROM 245 STOCKY FATTY LOOK TO A LEAN 230 BODYBUILDER. I HAVE ALWAYS LOOKED BIG BUT THE STOMACH SHOWED THE EATING. 38 INCH WAIST TO 34. THAT HAPPENED IN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS. STRICT DIET, 30 MINUTES OF CARDIO FOUR DAYS A WEEK. ONLY ONE CHEAT MEAL PER DAY EVEN. I WORK OUT AT NIGHT BECAUSE I BURN MORE AND HAVE MORE ENERGY WITH ALL THE MEALS IN. EAT EVERY 4HOURS. ABOUT 200MG OF PROTEIN PER DAY. NO ALCOHOL...NOTHING ELSE. I AM HAPPY. I AM STRONG IN THE GYM. 18 INCH ARMS SOLID, VEINS ETC....I LOOK BIG. WHAT IMPRESSES ME THE MOST IS ITS SUCH A SMALL DOSE CYCLE AND DOCTOR PRESCRIBED DUE TO LOW HORMONE LEVELS. SEX LIFE IS GREAT. SLEEP BETTER, THINK CLEAR. ITS JUST ENOUGH TO GIVE YOU THAT EDGE, BUT YOU DONT FEEL LIKE YOUR ON DRUGS. WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT? ANY QUESTIONS? AGAIN...ON 12 WEEKS.....OFF FOR 4 WEEKS THEN STARTS OVER AGAIN........OH.......EXPENSIVE SO YOU MUST BE COMMITTED.

what happens in the 4 week period? is it 4 weeks from one shot to the next? then, really your only off for 2 weeks knowing cypionates activity time. How do u feel during that? do u lose alot?
How is your testicular size?

OFF FOR FOUR WEEKS MEANS NO TEST INJECTIONS FOR FOUR WEEKS. ONE CHEAT MEAL A WEEK. OOPS. ( I WISH A DAY) TESTES ARE FINE. HCG COMES IN 10 DAYS AFTER LAST TEST INJECTION. THEN ONE SHOT OF HCG, 50 UNITS A DAY FOR TEN STRAIGHT DAYS. NO SIDES FELLAS. FEEL GREAT, LOOK GREAT. WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT? MEALS......CHICKEN BREAST, BROWN RICE, EGGS WITH EGG WHITES, FISH ( ALASKAN COD), LEAN MEATS, FRUITS, SALADS, PROTEIN SHAKES, YOU KNOW THE ROUTINE. STRENGTH IS SOLID, PLENTY STRONG AND IMPRESSIVE.

What kind of caloric intake are you on? How many days a week training?> Do you find you can eat MORE les clean cals and stay lean on HRT?

TRAIN FOUR DAYS A WEEK ON AVERAGE. LISTEN TO MY BODY. IF SORE. DONT PUSH IT TO AVOID INJURY. THIS IS WHAT A TYPICAL WEEK WILL LOOK LIKE.
MONDAY- CHEST/TRI'S
TUESDAY- LEGS
WEDNESDAY- OFF (USUALLY STILL SORE FROM CHEST ON MON.)
THURS- BACK / BI'S
FRI- SHOULDERS
SAT OFF
SUN - START OVER OR TAKE EXTRA DAY OFF TO PREVENT INJURY. I FIND MYSELF GETTING MORE RESULTS BEING MORE RECOVERED. ALSO I GET BETTER PUMPS TAKING THAT EXTRA DAY OFF.
CARDIO AFTER EACH DAY OF WORKOUT FOR 30-40. TREADMILL RUNNING.
I STAY PRETTY LEAN THIS WAY. IVE NOTICED WITH THE HGH IT HAS LEANED ME OUT. EXPENSIVE STUFF BUT WORTH IT. TEST MAKES ME RECOVER BETTER AND GIVES ME ENERGY. NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH SEX ISSUES, JUST MAKES YOU WANT IT MORE OFTEN. NO PARTYING. I DONT DRINK, NO SMOKE. IM PUTTING DOWN 5 MEALS A DAY. ANYMORE, HARDER TO KEEP THE WEIGHT FROM SHOOTING UP. I REALLY BELIEVE FROM MY EXPERIENCE THAT WITHOUT THE HGH, TEST I WOULDNT BE WHERE I AM AT. THE CHEMICALS ARE 50%. DIET AND EXCERCISE IS THE OTHER 50%. HOPE I HELP ANY READERS.

How many cals are yo taking? hgh makes a big diff....talking just test...think it helps you to stay lean?

Taking In About 2800 Per Day. Some Days Up To 3050. I Cannot Stress How Much Cardio Has To Do With The Conditioning. Im More Towards Chicken And Fish. Less Red Meat. I Eat The Red Meat One Time Per Week, Other Wise Its Just Fish And Chicken. Seeing Leaner, Results. Again, I Work Out At Night. More Energy, Plus I Feel I Burn Calories Ive Ingested During The Day. Might Be More Psychological But I Do Not Have The Early Morning Energy Everyone Raves About. Hope This Helps You.

cardio is 2x a week for me....lifting and training is 6....thats what makes a diff for me....
