    Try calling these places to see what they are about. I'de call em all and ask questions. Then pick which one deals with everything you need.

    THere are two of them that I've found.

    1. Cenegenics - they take 2900 up front and semiannual payments of abou 1200 I think. ALso you pay for labs and meds through them or through your insurance program.

    2. Las Vegas Institute of Preventive Medicine 702-380-8470 they charge 500.00.
