Lack of Testing Numbers
I tend to notice a tendency with this forum (and I haven't been back for quite some time) to not post before and after blood test numbers. I see pics posted of how different various individuals now look and commentaries on how they feel, but generally a degree of vagueness about specific numbers.
In some cases, I wonder if the individuals are actually into supra physiological ranges of testosterone (in other words, they are clearly well ABOVE the reference range) and are getting the temporary short-term "feel good" benefits of overly high levels of testosterone (as one similarly sees with many steroid users on the early parts of their cycles or with their first few cycles)???
I am clearly not a prude in that regard, it's just that I think that if there are situations where that is the case, that posting such threads in the Hormone Replacement Therapy, Longevity, Wellness, Anti-Aging, Alternative Medicine section isn't, well, isn't really the place where those type of posts should go. Overly high levels aren't HRT, they aren't Longevity Medicine, they aren't Anti-Aging and they aren't recognized Alternative Medicine.
Personally, I'd just like to see some posted test results with these various super success stories... or the threads moved to a more appropriate section. Additionally, if the individual himself just simply doesn't know, I can assure you that this is definitely an area where it is to one's benefit to absolutely know. They won't necessarily happen overnight (though skyrocketing estrogen levels might!), but over the long term having excessively high testosterone levels create their own problems with HRT, Longevity, Anti-Aging, etc.
