Cutting out gyno

OOOOOk so i went to the navy med clinic got some blood work done... will get results in a week... got a referral to Civilian surgeon to cut out my gyno....

1) After it is cut out what will my recovery time be? When can i start lifting again.

2) If i can convince them to do lipo on the love handle area would it be worth it or should I just stick to a diet.

3) Will it come back

1. I had no sides from gyno surgery at all you can prob start within 1-2 weeks.
2. I guess ask for lipo
3. Extremely low percent. since then I hadnt even had a sign of gyno on any of my cycles
