HGH Dosage?

I was thinking, can I run igf-1 20mcg EOD or 5days in week for 3-6 month..like HGH therapy?
Bequase, GH convert around 4-6mcg of IGF per one I.U. (of GH)

What are the dosage of IGF-1 therapy?
I Dont want to get huge, just want to be fit..like you gain from a hgh therapy/cycel
